2024 PARADE APPLICATION

Fees for non-sponsors will be determined after your application is reviewed. Parade fees vary based on group size and type, corporate status, need, among other variables. Fees are waived for Festival sponsors.

Security is provided at our event; however, the Little 5 Points Halloween Festival & Parade and the L5PBA shall not be responsible for losses or damages, or for injury to anyone participating in the Parade. All participants, including any persons operating a vehicle in the Parade whether powered, self-powered, or non-powered, participate at his or her own risk, bearing all liability for any and all damages or loss of personal property and/or any personal injuries sustained to themselves or other person(s). Vehicle operator(s) and/or participant(s), hereby waives any and all claims and or defenses they may have against the event organizers, L5P Business Association, festival sponsors, of whatever kind or nature, as a result of his or her independent use of such vehicle and/or participation in parade activities. In addition, each vehicle operator agrees to provide proof of insurance and driver's license for vehicle/driver.

INFORMATION AND POLICY AGREEMENTS FOR PARADE PARTICIPANTS:

The Little 5 Points Business Association is proud to present the world's best Halloween Parade, featuring marching bands, floats, bands, art cars, drill teams, costumed creatures, jugglers, and many more.

The Parade is limited to 100 entries. Participants are reviewed for appropriateness and are selected on a first come, first serve basis. We encourage you to apply early to guarantee a spot!

Please review the following information before submitting a parade application. Following your submission, our Parade Team will contact you regarding applicable fees and instructions.

The Little 5 Points Halloween Festival & Parade and the L5PBA reserves the right to deny and refund any parade entry prior to the event.
